 Everyone on the Mari Tachi team and I want to extend our deepest appreciation for all the support for the exhibition of "GATHER YOUR THINGS."

 

Thank you for helping to make this show a success.

 

Twenty-four days have gone by since the show came to an end. This exhibition was the first step towards future projects rooted in access to supporting diverse cultural perspectives.

 

Visitors entering the space were welcomed to watch me print live and ask questions regarding my printmaking techniques and the significance of each artwork. It was beautiful to hear different interpretations of each piece. As an artist, once I create art and release it, the meaning of the work no longer belongs to me.

 

In addition to an art exhibition, it was also an active artist residency. "Time Capsules," a new body of work, was created as a reminder that true wisdom can never be taken away.

 

A highlight was a collaboration with musician Cosimo Boni. Featuring a jazz improvisation inspired by the artwork within the space
